Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with all of ingredients except oil,ghee ,fried onion,garam masla and kewra essence. Marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a medium pan and fry a little bay leaves,cinnamon-cardamon,cloves and then add chopped onion,
  3. Add marinated beef and 2 cups of water,1/2 of fried onion,kewra and cook for 25 mins in a medium low flame.Add extra water if spice become dry.Adjust salt.
  4. When beef cooked well, add ghee,garam masla and remove from heat. Transfer to a serving dish and add remaining fried onion.Serve hot with rice.
