  • Grind or blend all ingredients for grinding.
  • Wash and drain prawn pieces.
  • Whisk yogurt with a pinch of flour.
  • Now mix all ingredients with prawn except oil.
  • Keep in your refrigerator for half an hour.


Cooking Method:

  • Heat oil in a nonstick pan or wok.
  • Place the marinated prawn carefully.
  • Cover and cook on a very low heat.
  • Dum for 20 minutes.
  • Once cooked remove from heat and serve with khichuri or polau or rice.
