Chicken Fried Rice
- Whisk egg with 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, salt and pepper. Heat oil and fry egg to make omelet.
- Chopped the omelet into small pieces.
- Mix 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, one tablespoon soy sauce with chicken pieces. Keep aside.
Fried Rice Preparation:
- Heat one tbsp oil in a large fry pan.
- Add chopped onions and stir-fry until light brown color.
- Add the chicken and fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add carrot, capsicum and stir-fry for 2 mins.
- Add cooked rice and egg pieces.
- Mix well and stir fry for 3 mins.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
