Preparation:

  1. Marinate the chicken cubes, carrot cubes, capsicum cubes, onion cubes in all the ingredients which are required for the marination and marinate for 10 mins.
  2. Also soak your wood sticks in water for 10 minutes. after 10 mins thread the chicken cubes, capsicum,carrot and onion cubes in it. Repeat and fill all your sticks.
  3. In a bowl add flour, cornstarch,some water and remaining marinated sauce and mix it well. Make a thick paste for the coating of  suslick.
  4. Heat a deep fry pan with the oil for deep frying. Now dip the suslick in the thick paste and then coat well in the mixture.
  5. Fry the each suslick in the oil until brown and crisp.
  6. Serve hot with carrot and lemon wedges.
