Lab-e-shireen /Dud dulari/Shemai Dessert
- Take a deep bottomed pan, add milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat allow to simmer. Simmer till it reduced to one litr. Mix powder milk, cardamon, cinnamon and mix well.
- Now cook shemai/vermicelli into milk until soft. Remove from flame and transfer to a serving plate.
- Keep aside and let it cool room temperature.
- Follow the instruction of jello box and make jello. Cut into cubed pieces and sprinkle onto prepared semai dessert.
- Sprinkle min sweet, pistachia and put into refrigerator.
- Serve cool.
- Add sugar according to your taste level.
- You can add some sweet fruit also. You can add fresh cream or custard powder also.
