Prep Time : 5 minutes. Cook Time : 5 minutes




  1. In a blender pour the carrot and 1 cup water, blend them well until juice.
  2. Strain through a strainer of carrot juice.
  3. Again pour the carrot juice into blender.
  4. Mix all other ingredients-mango pulp,lemon juice,yogurt and sugar or honey.
  5. Blend them for 30 second.
  6. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and serve immediately.
