Italian Prawn Pasta

  1. In a medium sauce pan heat salted water and bring to boil.
  2. Add pasta and boil until tender.
  3. Drain well. Keep aside.


  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat. Fry onion until soft.
  2. Add garlic, chili flakes and oregano.
  3. Then add tomato puree, black pepper and salt. Cook until thick.
  4. Now place the prawn and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Then add chopped tomatoes.
  6. Pour 1/2 cup of water.
  7. Cook for 3-4 minute or until thick paste form.
  8. Place the boiled pasta and mix it well.
  9. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle some chili flakes.
  10. Garnish with parsley or coriander leaves. Serve hot.
