  1. Except the oil and cheese , add all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well to from a soft dough.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portion's,shape each portion into even sized rounds and press lightly to make cutlet.
  3. Add 1 cube of cheese at the center of the cutlet and close all the corners and give a round shape.
  4. Deep fry the cutlets' in hot oil over a medium flame till they are golden brown and drain on absorbent paper and serve with sauce .
