For the filling preparation:

  1. Heat 2 tablespoon butter and fry onion until soft.
  2. Add flour, salt, garam masala, white pepper and green chilies.
  3. Then add the milk , cook till thick.
  4. Place the chicken and mix it well.
  5. Now add the coriander leaves and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool.

 

For the dough preparation:

  1. In a bowl mix together flour, salt, sugar, milk powder, 1 tablespoon butter and yeast.
  2. Now pour the warm water and knead well to make a medium soft dough.
  3. Cover it and keep aside for 1 hour or until the dough become double.

 

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree C.
  2. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts and shape them into balls.
  3. Roll out each bolls 4 inch diameter.
  4. Make 4 diagonal sites, leaving the center intact.
  5. Add the filling in the center.
  6. Take one of the sides and cover the filling with it.
  7. Now take the opposite site and cover the other side of the filling.
  8. Repeat with the two last sections.
  9. Repeat until all rose rolls are ready.
  10. Place the all rolls on a greased baking tray.
  11. Brush the each rolls with egg yolk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  12. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until tops are golden in color.
  13. Remove from oven and brush some melted butter.
  14. Cover them with a napkin and let them cool on room temperature.
