Prep Time : 10 minutes. Cook Time : 15 minutes




  • Wash and dry all the vegetables thoroughly.
  • Boiled all the vegetable with some salt unti 50% done.
  • Remove from heat and keep aside.



  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onion until soft.
  • Add ginger and garlic paste, fry a little.
  • Then add all boiled vegetable and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder and cumin powder.
  • Adjust salt.
  • Break up the yogurt and tomato sauce with 1 tablespoon water, then pour into vegetable and mix well.
  • Add 1/4 cup water, green chili and cook until soft and tender.
  • Once the water dries up, add lemon juice.
  • Remove from heat and serve.
