Tandoori Prawn recipe ||pan frying tandoori prawn

tandoori prawn is a very simple recipe where prawns are marinated in very flavorful tandoori masala. it can be serve as a main course or a starter. serve with fresh salad and sauce.

  • mix all ingredients except oil and butter. marinate for 15 minutes.

method for pan frying:

  • heat oil in a frying pan and fry marinated prawn until brown. once cooked remove from heat and brush butter.
  • serve with sauce and fresh salad.

method for grilling:

  • preheat your oven to 200 degree c. place the prawn over baking tray. brush butter over the prawn. place the baking tray into preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  • turning once and brush butter. bake another 10-15 minutes or until brown.


  • adjust salt and sugar according to your taste level.
  • you can avoid food color.
  • serve immediately to get perfect taste of tandoori prawn.
