Ingredients
- For the suslick
- Chicken boneless - 400 gm cut in cube
- Wood stick - 8 pieces
- Carrot - 1 cut in cube
- Green,red,and yellow capsisum - 1/4 each cut in cube
- Onion - 4 piece cut in cube
- For the marination
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 4 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red Chili Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon
- For coating
- All purpose flour - 1 cup
- Cornstarch - 1/2 cup
- Salt - to test
- Water - as required
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Preparation:
- Marinate the chicken cubes, carrot cubes, capsicum cubes, onion cubes in all the ingredients which are required for the marination and marinate for 10 mins.
- Also soak your wood sticks in water for 10 minutes. after 10 mins thread the chicken cubes, capsicum,carrot and onion cubes in it. Repeat and fill all your sticks.
- In a bowl add flour, cornstarch,some water and remaining marinated sauce and mix it well. Make a thick paste for the coating of suslick.
- Heat a deep fry pan with the oil for deep frying. Now dip the suslick in the thick paste and then coat well in the mixture.
- Fry the each suslick in the oil until brown and crisp.
- Serve hot with carrot and lemon wedges.
- serve with extra sauce.
- serve hot deep fried sushlik as a snacks.
