Ingredients
- Plain yogurt - 1/2 kg
- White pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Mustard Powder - 1/2 tablespoon
- Fresh mint leaves paste - 1/2 tablespoon
- Red Chili Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Roasted cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Roasted coriander powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Ginger paste - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green Chili Paste - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Black salt - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1/2 cup
Instructions
Method:
- Whisk the yogurt well, add water and all ingredients one by one in a blender or jug.
- Mix continuously until all spices mix well.
- Keep it refrigerator and let it become cold.
- Serve chilled.
