Ingredients
- Mango Pulp - 1 cup
- Carrot - 1 cup chopped
- Honey/Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Plain yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Instructions
Preparation:
- In a blender pour the carrot and 1 cup water, blend them well until juice.
- Strain through a strainer of carrot juice.
- Again pour the carrot juice into blender.
- Mix all other ingredients-mango pulp,lemon juice,yogurt and sugar or honey.
- Blend them for 30 second.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses and serve immediately.
