Pizza Dough Preparation:

  1. In a bowl mix the dry ingredients- flour,baking powder,sugar,salt and oil. Now add warm water gently, mix well and make a soft dough.
  2. Knead the dough for 5-8 minutes.
  3. Cover it and keep aside for 1 hour or until well doubled.

Chicken Preparation:

  1. Mix ginger-garlic paste,soy sauce with chicken.
  2. Heat a pan and stir-fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes on medium high heat.
  3. Let it cool.

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degree F.
  2. Once the dough is doubled, turn it out and punch it down and
  3. Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Roll or press pizza dough on a floured surface to approximately 10 x 12 inch rectangle, with a long side.
  5. Spread tomato sauce over the dough and place the cooked chicken.
  6. Spread red chili, green chili and grated cheese.
  7. Now place the capsicum over it.
  8. Roll dough lengthwise like a jelly roll, and cut into 1 1/2-inch slices.
  9. Lay the dough circles on a parchment paper lined baking sheet or an oiled baking sheet.
  10. Let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes to puff and rise a bit.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.Remove from oven and serve hot with your favorite sauce.
