Description
Green Masala Chicken
Prep Time : 10 minutes.
Cook Time : 20 minutes
Ingredients
- Chicken - 500 gm
- Plain yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Fresh Coriander leaves Paste - 1/4 cup
- Fresh mint leaves paste - 1/4 cup
- Green Chili Paste - 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Red Chili Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger Paste - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic Paste - 1 tablespoon
- Onion - 1/2 cup slices
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Oil - 4 tablespoon
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep bottom pan and add onion. Place the chicken pieces and fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, garam masla and salt. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium high heat.
- In a small bowl mix whisk yogurt with a pinch of flour, green chili paste, coriander paste and mint paste.
- Mix it well, then add into the chicken.
- Cover it and cook for another 5 minutes on a medium low heat.
- Remove from heat and serve hot with khichuri or plain rice or ruti.

Green chicken very easy @ testy
I ptepare this green chicken many a times, with same ingredients. It tastes very nice.
