  • In a bowl mix dry ingredients-flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and oil. Then mix butter.

  • Next add gently the warm milk little by little. Knead for 7-8 minutes and make a soft dough.

  • Keep the dough for 1 hour or until the dough become doubled.

  • Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll the dough. Sprinkle one tablespoon chopped garlic and chopped coriander each bread. Again roll it gently.

  • Heat a pan on a medium heat. Place the naan and cover it for 1 minute on a low flame. Then remove the cover and turn the naan and keep it for 1/2 a minute.

Pour the 1 teaspoon of butter and remove from heat and keep the naan on a kitchen towel.11844087_809734922454955_595003443_n

Cover the naan until serve.Serve hot immediately.

notes:

  • you can also use oven to bake the naan instead of tawa.
  • roll to any desire shape, however, i like to keep it oval.
  • finally serve immediately garlic naan to get perfect tatse.
