Garlic Naan – easy homemade garlic naan recipe

Ingredients
- All purpose flour - 1 1/2 cup
- Yeast - 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar - 2 teaspoon
- Warm liquid milk - 3/4 cup
- Garlic - 4 tablespoon chopped
- Fresh Coriander leaves - 4 tablespoon chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl mix dry ingredients-flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and oil. Then mix butter.
- Next add gently the warm milk little by little. Knead for 7-8 minutes and make a soft dough.
- Keep the dough for 1 hour or until the dough become doubled.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll the dough. Sprinkle one tablespoon chopped garlic and chopped coriander each bread. Again roll it gently.
- Heat a pan on a medium heat. Place the naan and cover it for 1 minute on a low flame. Then remove the cover and turn the naan and keep it for 1/2 a minute.
Pour the 1 teaspoon of butter and remove from heat and keep the naan on a kitchen towel.
Cover the naan until serve.Serve hot immediately.

notes:
- you can also use oven to bake the naan instead of tawa.
- roll to any desire shape, however, i like to keep it oval.
- finally serve immediately garlic naan to get perfect tatse.
