Egg Parata

Ingredients
- For the dough
- All purpose flour - 2 cups
- Oil/ghee - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Water - as required
- For the egg mixture
- Egg - 3
- Tomato - 1 cup chopped
- Onion - 1/4 cup chopped
- Green chilies - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup chopped
- Red Chili Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- White pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 4 tablespoon
Instructions
- Mix flour,salt,sugar and ghee.Now add water slowly and make dough.Keep aside for 1/2 an hour.

- Whisk egg, salt, red chili and white pepper together. Keep aside.
- Roll the one parata dough and make a ruti. Heat a large fry pan, place the parata on the pan.
- Turn the parata when one side is partly cooked. Then apply 1 tablespoon oil/ghee under the parata. Turn the parata again and apply oil on the other side.
- Now pour the half egg mixture and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle onion,green chilies, tomato and coriander. Wait and turn the parata gently.
- Fry the both side until golden color.
- Transfer to a serving dish.
- Cut and sprinkle some coriander leaves. Serve 4 people with sauce.
