Prep Time : 15 minutes. Cook Time : 1o minutes



  • Mix flour,salt,sugar and ghee.Now add water slowly and make dough.Keep aside for 1/2 an hour.

  • Whisk egg, salt, red chili and white pepper together. Keep aside.

  • Roll the one parata dough and make a ruti. Heat a large fry pan, place the parata on the pan.

  • Turn the parata when one side is partly cooked. Then apply 1 tablespoon oil/ghee under the parata. Turn the parata again and apply oil on the other side.

  • Now pour the half egg mixture and spread evenly.

  • Sprinkle onion,green chilies, tomato and coriander. Wait and turn the parata gently.

  • Fry the both side until golden color.

  • Transfer to a serving dish.

  • Cut and sprinkle some coriander leaves. Serve 4 people with sauce.
