One Minute Microwave Rainbow Mug Cake

Ingredients
- For 4 mug cake
- All purpose flour - 1 cup
- Egg - 4
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 1/2 cup
- Powder milk - 1/4 cup
- sugar - 1 cup
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vanilla Essence - 1 teaspoon
- Food color - red,yellow,green,blue,orange
- For butter cream frosting
- Butter - 1/2 cup room temperature
- Icing Sugar - 1 cup
- Liquide Milk - 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla Essence - 1 teaspoon
Instructions
Preparation:
- beat butter until light and fluffy. beat sugar and egg.
- add salt and vanilla essence. Whisk with a hand bitter or electric bitter. Whisk until well combine.
- Mix flour, baking powder and powder milk. Mix until no lumps. Don't over mix.
- Divide the mixture into 5 bowls. Add 2 drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix well.
- Spoon the batter between 4 mugs one spoonful at a time and create a rainbow effect.
- Microwave for one minute.Do not over bake the cake or it will dry.
For the butter cream frosting -beat the butter with a electric bitter for 10 minutes. When it change its color then add icing sugar a little by little.Add milk and vanilla and beat another 5 minutes. Beat until frosting double in size. Decorate your cake with butter cream frosting. Enjoy!
