Description
Chinese Egg Fried Rice really easy to make and tastes great. It’s very popular Indo Chinese dish. Rice has carrots, green onion, pepper, garlic and also egg. This quick egg fried rice recipe is a fragrant accompaniment to any Chinese dinner.
Chinese Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients
- Cooked rice - 2 1/2 cups
- Carrot - 1/2 cup grated
- Onion - 1/2 cup chopped
- Green Chili - 4
- Tasting salt - as required
- Dark Soy sauce - 1 1/2 tablespoon
- Egg - 2
- Oil - 3-4 tablespoon
- Green onion/spring onion - 1/4 cup chopped
Instructions
Preparation:
- Lightly beat the eggs with salt and pepper. Heat two tablespoon oil in a pan and make omelet with the beaten egg . Cut the omelet into very small pieces. Keep aside.
Method:
- Heat remaining oil in a non stick flat pan. Fry chopped onion for one minute.
- Add one cup grated carrot and green chilies . Mix well and cook for one minute.
- Next mix chopped egg, rice, salt and fry well.
- Finally add soy sauce, green onion and tasting salt, mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Once cooked remove from flame and serve hot.
