Prep Time : 10 minutes. Cook Time : 20 minutes




  1. Cut the fish fillet and remove all skin.
  2. Marinate the fish fillet with marination ingredients for 2-3 hours in refrigerator.


  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degree c.
  2. Place a foil sheet over baking tray.
  3. Place the marinated fish fillet on the baking tray.
  4. Spread tomato sauce over it and sprinkle grated cheese and coriander leaves over it.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot with fried rice.
