Ingredients
- Beef/Mutton/lamb meat - 1/2 kg boneless slice
- Tok doi(plain yogurt) - 1/2 cup
- Onion paste - 1/4 cup
- Ground turmeric - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
- Posto dana bata - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin paste - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander paste - 1/2 teaspoon
- turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Kabab masala powder - 1 tsp
- raisin paste - 1 tsp
- Crispy Fried onion(Beresta) - 1/2 cup
- oil ghee - 1 cup
- Chopped onion - 1.2 cup
Instructions
Preparation:
- Slice the beef into long, thin pieces. Tenderize with hammer or shil pata.
- Clean and drain all water from beef.
- Mix all marination spices and whisk yogurt in a bowl.
- Now mix with beef pieces and keep into refrigerator for 2-3 hours preferable overnight.
cook:
1. heat oil in a pan fry chopped onion until brown.
2.add marinated meat and cook on medium heat until soft.
3. then add green chilly fried onion. cook 4-5 minute.
4. serve
