Ingredients
- Chicken Keema/Ground Chicken - 1 cup
- Prawn/Chingri keema - 1/4 cup
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Dark Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Butter - 2 tablespoon
- Vegetables:
- Mushroom - 1/4 cup finely chopped
- Carrot - 1/4 cup grated
- Onion - 1/4 cup finely chopped
- Cabbage - 1/4 cup finely chopped
- Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup finely chopped
- Green onion/spring onion - 1/4 cup
- Other Ingredients:
- Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chicken Bouillon Cube - 1 piece
- Corn flour - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 1 cup
Instructions
Preparation:
- Mix chicken keema with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl mix cornflour, chicken bouillon cube, sugar and water. Keep aside.
Method:
- Melt butter in a nonstick pan, fry onion until soft. Add marinated chicken and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Then add prawn and mix well. Cook one minute.
- Next mix vegetable one by one and mix well.
- Cook on low heat until soft and tender. If you need then add a little water.
- Once cooked then mix cornflour mixture and cook on high heat until thick.
- Adjust salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat. Let it slightly cool before making dumplings/momos.
