Preparation:

  • Mix chicken keema with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • In a small bowl mix cornflour, chicken bouillon cube, sugar and water. Keep aside.

 

Method:

  • Melt butter in a nonstick pan, fry onion until soft. Add marinated chicken and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  • Then add prawn and mix well. Cook one minute.
  • Next mix vegetable one by one and mix well.
  • Cook on low heat until soft and tender. If you need then add a little water.
  • Once cooked then mix cornflour mixture and cook on high heat until thick.
  • Adjust salt and pepper.
  • Remove from heat. Let it slightly cool before making dumplings/momos.
