Ingredients
- Thai stick noodles - 200 gm
- salt - to taste
- pepper - to taste
- oil - 2 tablsepoon
- for fried chicken:
- Boneless chicken - 1 cup cubes
- egg - 1 medium
- salt - to taste
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- cornflour - 2 teaspoon
- for gravy:
- oil - 2 tablsepoon
- ginger - 1/2 teaspoon chopped
- onion - 1 cup cubed
- garlic - 1 teaspoon chopped
- capsicum - 1 cup cubed
- tomato sauce - 2 tablespoon
- chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
- soy sauce - 2 tablespoon
- white vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- black pepper - a pinch
- spring onion - 2 tablespoon chopped
- cornflour - 1 teaspoon
- water - 1/4 cup
Instructions
preparation:
- boil one 200 gm of thai stick noodles or any kind of noodles of your choice. cook as per instruction.
- drain all water and keep aside.
- wash chicken breast and chop then into cubed pieces.
- further, mix salt and pepper. then egg and cornflour. mix well.
- deep fry them until golden brown. keep aside.
cooking method:
- in a large non-stick pan or korai, heat two tablespoon oil.
- fry noodles until light brown. adjust salt and pepper.
- remove from heat and place into a serving bowl. keep aside.
- further, heat two tablespoon oil in the same pan. add ginger and fry a little.
- then add onion and fry a little. add garlic and capsicum. saute till they slightly shrink.
- additionally add tomato sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and pepper. mix well and adjust salt.
- add spring onion and mix till the sauce translucent.
- further add fried chicken and mix with sauce mixture. mix gently, make sure the sauce is coated well to fried chicken.
- finally mix cornflour and water mixture. cook a minute.
- turn off flame and transfer over the noodles of serving bowl.
- sprinkle some fresh spring onions and serve hot.
