Tandoori Prawn recipe ||pan frying tandoori prawn
tandoori prawn is a very simple recipe where prawns are marinated in very flavorful tandoori masala. it can be serve as a main course or a starter. serve with fresh salad and sauce.

Ingredients
- King Prawn 4 pieces - 1/2 kg
- Thick Tok Doi/Hung Curd/Greek yogurt - 2 tablespoon
- fresh cream - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Red Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Red food color - few drops
- Tandoori mashla/masala - 2 teaspoon
- lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
- salt - to taste
- Mustard oil - 3-4 tablespoon
- Butter for after brushing
Instructions
Preparation:
- mix all ingredients except oil and butter. marinate for 15 minutes.
method for pan frying:
- heat oil in a frying pan and fry marinated prawn until brown. once cooked remove from heat and brush butter.
- serve with sauce and fresh salad.
method for grilling:
- preheat your oven to 200 degree c. place the prawn over baking tray. brush butter over the prawn. place the baking tray into preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- turning once and brush butter. bake another 10-15 minutes or until brown.
notes:
- adjust salt and sugar according to your taste level.
- you can avoid food color.
- serve immediately to get perfect taste of tandoori prawn.
