Malai-Chicken Korma

Description
Ingredients:
chicken 1 kg
salt to taste
ginger paste 1 tbs
garlic paste 1 tbs
cashew paste 3 tbs
plain yogurt 1/2 cup
oil 1/4 cup
onion paste boiled 1/4 cup
coriander seed powder 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
red chili powder 1 tsp
garam masala powder 1 tsp
fresh cream/malai 1/2 cup
beresta 1/2 cup
green chili 7-8
ghee 2 tbs
kewra water
Method:
- Marinate chicken with salt, ginger-garlic paste, cashew paste and yogurt for 30 minutes.
- heat oil add onion paste, coriander seed powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder. Cook 2 minutes.
- Add chicken and cook 5 minute.
- Cover and cook 20 minutes.
- Now add cream, beresta, green chili, ghee and kewra water.
- serve with rice, polau, naan or paratha
