Ingredients
- Normal Water - 1 cup (250 m)
- White VInigar - 2 tsp
- Oil - 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- Refined flour/maida/ap flour - 1 & 3/4 cup (240 gram)
- Powder sugar - 1 cup (140 gram)
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - a pinch
Instructions
- In a bowl add water, oil and vanilla essence.
- Sieve flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- Mix gentle with fold and cut method.
- Transfer the bater into 8 inch baking tray.
- Microwave for 5 minutes or until firm on the top.
- Let it to cool.
- Serve with some whipped cream.
