- Toast the bread with a toaster or fry pan until light brown.
- Spread sauce over the bread pieces.
- Season with oregano.
- Sprinkle half of grated cheese top to it.
- Place the all vegetables and olive top to it.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on it.
- Bake in a microwave for one minute or bake 7-8 minutes in a preheated oven to 2000 degree c.
- Bake until the cheese is melt and has started to brown in spots.
