  • Mix chicken keema with ginger-garlic paste, garam masal powder, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well.
  • Then mix egg, fried onion, soaked bread and beresta.
  • Then mix bread crumbs and make small ball.
  • Heat oil in a deep fry pan and fry then until brown.
  • Keep them aside on a kitchen towel.



  • Heat 1/4 cup oil in a deep bottom pan.
  • Add onion slices and fry until soft.
  • Add onion paste and all other ingredients except yogurt and coconut milk. Keep stirring on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then place fried kofta and mix gently with them.
  • Whisk yogurt and coconut milk, pour into the pan. Stir it two or three times.
  • Cover and cook on medium heat until thick.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle fried onion over it before serving.
  • Serve with rice.
