Prep Time : 10 minutes. Cook Time : 15 minutes



Chicken Preparation:

  • Wash and drain all water of chicken pieces.
  • Mix all chicken ingredients with chicken pieces and marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Deep fry the chicken pieces and keep on a kitchen tissue for absorbed excess water.
  • Keep aside.



  • Heat oil in a deep bottom pan and fry onion until soft.
  • Add ginger paste and fry a little.
  • Add garlic paste and cumin paste. Saute' for a moment.
  • Now add blended tomato and onion.
  • Mix chili powder, coriander powder and black pepper powder. Saute' for 1 minute.
  • Add chicken pieces and mix with spices thoroughly but gently.
  • Pour 1/2 cup of water.
  • Then add soy sauce, sugar and garam masala powder.
  • Add capsicum and green chili, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Mix cornflour with milk, then add into chicken.
  • Keep stirring but gently. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Once the gravy thick then add lemon juice and remove from heat.
  • Serve hot with rice.
