Chinese Wonton

Ingredients
- egg - 1
- soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- plain flour - 1 cup
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil for fry
- for stuffing:
- prawn/chicken keema - 1/2 cup
- egg - 1
- carrot - 1 cup grated
- black paper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger - Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Corn flour - 1 teaspoon
- oil - 2 tablespoon
Instructions
stuffing:
- heat oil and add prawn/chicken, caroot cook one minute.
- add soysauce,sugar, egg, black pepar.
- then add cornflour water mix.cook one minute.
- then add egg and mix with them.
for dough;
- in a bowl add egg, salt, soysauce, mix well.
- then mix flour. divide the into four parts.
- roll and make wonton.
- deep fry them.
