  • heat oil and add prawn/chicken, caroot cook one minute.
  • add soysauce,sugar, egg, black pepar.
  • then add cornflour water mix.cook one minute.
  • then add egg and mix with them.

for dough;

  • in a bowl add egg, salt, soysauce, mix well.
  • then mix flour. divide the into four parts.
  • roll and make wonton.
  • deep fry them.
