Prep Time : 10 minutes. Cook Time : 20 minutes



  1. Heat oil in a deep bottom pan and add onion. Place the chicken pieces and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, garam masla and salt. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium high heat.
  3. In a small bowl mix whisk yogurt with a pinch of flour, green chili paste, coriander paste and mint paste.
  4. Mix it well, then add into the chicken.
  5. Cover it and cook for another 5 minutes on a medium low heat.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot with khichuri or plain rice or ruti.
