  • In a flat bowl/plate mix channa, powdered milk,  and suji. Mix it well.
  • Then knead well. Keep kneading for 10 minutes or until to make a soft dough.
  • Then add 2 drops food color(optional).
  • Then mix it well and divide the dough 8-10 equal balls.
  • Give the every balls to the kalojaam shape.

Frying Method:

  • Heat oil in a deep fry pan on very low flame.
  • Place the balls and fry them on a low flame for 4 minutes or until your desired color.
  • Once fried well, then drain from oil and keep aside on a kitchen napkin.

Making Sugar Syrup:

  • Heat 2 cups of sugar, vinegar and 1 cup of water in a pan until sugar is completely dissolve in water.
  • Then add the kalojaam and cook for 5 minutes on a medium flame.
  • Then drain well excess sugar syrup.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with the mawa.
