Macaroni Chicken



macaroni 2 cups

chicken slice 1 cup

onion slice 1/2 cup

salt or tasting salt

ginger paste 1 tsp

garlic paste 1 tsp

green chilly

soy sauce 2 tbs

tomato sauce 1/4 cup

coriander leaves 1 tbs chopped

sugar 1/2 tsp

cooking oil 1/3 cup


  • Boil 2 cups of macaroni or any kind of pasta of your choice. cook as per instruction. Drain all water and keep aside .
  • In a large cooking pan heat cooking oil, add onion and chicken slices and fry a little.
  • then mix salt or tasting salt, ginger -garlic paste, green chilly soy sauce, tomato sauce ,sugar and coriander leaves.
  • Finally add cooked macaroni and cook 2-3 minutes.
  • serve hot.
