Spicy Okra/Bhendi Masala/Derosh Bhaji
- Heat oil in a deep fry pan and deep fry okra until brown.
- Keep aside on a kitchen napkin or tissue.
- Heat 2 tablespoon oil and fry garlic until light brown.
- Add blended tomato, onion, red chili, turmeric, cumin, coriander and salt.
- Cook on medium heat until oil is separated from gravy.
- Then add fried okra, green chilies and mix with spices.
- Cook one minute and turn off heat.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve with rice.
