  1. Preheat your oven to 160 degree c.
  2. Grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan with oil and place a parchment paper. Keep aside.
  3. Mix dry ingredients-flour, salt, baking powder in a bowl. Keep aside.


  1. Beat butter until light and fluffy. Add caster sugar and beat well until sugar has been dissolve. Beat egg one by one.
  2. Mix orange juice, orange zest and orange flavor.
  3. Finally add flour mixture gently and beat until just mix. Don't over mix.
  4. Pour the batter into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of cake comes out clean.
  5. Remove from pan and keep with pan for 15 minutes.
  6. After 15 minutes remove from pan and let it cool on room temperature.
  7. Enjoy!
