Pasta in white sauce

- In a pan add 4 cups of water and bring to boil. Add 1 tablespoon oil and adjust salt. Now add the pasta.
- Once well cooked then strain with a strainer and keep it aside.
- Heat butter in a pan,add garlic and saute for a little.
- Then add chopped onion and fry until soft. Add flour and 1 tablespoon of milk to remove from burning. Fry the flour until brown in color.
- Then add milk and reduced the heat over low medium.
- Pour the chopped capsicum and carrot.
- Add chili flakes and oregano.Adjust salt.
- Mix it well until thick creamy texture.
- Place the boiled pasta and gently mix it until well coated pasta with sauce.
- Serve immediately.Enjoy!
