  • in a bowl mix flour, baking powder and corn flour. keep aside.
  • beat egg whites until foamy. add sugar a little by little and beat well.
  • add egg yolks and beat slowly.
  • mix vanilla essence and flour mixture.
  • beat slowly. 
  • finally mix with spatula and transfer the batter into 8 inch or 9 inch baking pan.
  • bake 170 degree C in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
  • remove from oven and let it to cool.
  • slice and decorate with your favorite cream.
