vegetables

ghee

oil

onion

cinnamon,

caradamom, clove

ginger-garlic paste

powder milk

cashew paste

raisin/kishmish

salt

chicken

polau rice

beresta

saffron

green peas

Method:

  1. boil vegetable and fry them a little with ghee.
  2. in a large pan heat oil and ghee. fry chopped onion until brown.
  3. then add ginger-garlic paste, cashew paste, powder milk. cook 5-6 minutes.
  4. now add chicken cook until soft.
  5. remove chicken, add water.
  6. then add rice and cook for 15 minutes.
  7. now add chicken, vegetable, saffron water, peas, green chilly, beresta. cook 10 minutes on low heat.
  8. serve hot.
