Ingredients
- fish fillet - 350 gm
- Fresh Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
- Turmeric powder (optional) - 1/2 teaspoon
- onion - 1/2 cup cubed
- garlic cloves - 1/4 cup
- Green Chilies - as needed
- mustard oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soybean oil/Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
- salt - to taste
Instructions
- roast onion, garlic, green chilies and keep aside.
- cook coriander leaves just 30 second and keep aside.
- heat two tablespoon soybean oil and fry fish fillet until deep golden brown. keep aside.
- grind all ingredients without water until fine bhorta consistency.
- transfer to a bowl and mix mustard oil and salt to taste.
- serve with steamed rice or khichuri.
