    In the preparation of chocolate recipe I always use the Cadbury cocoa powder.

    Truly Foster Clark food color is widely available in my place and that’s why I mostly use this brand. Sometimes I use natural pigments extracted from vegetables and fruits also.

     

    How long homemade cheese cream can be preserved? Does it possible to use vinegar instead of yogurt in the preparation of homemade cheese cream?

    It can be preserved in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. No, vinegar will make the cheese cream hard and less creamy.

     

    Does Caramel sugar affect the sweetness?

    Yes and it depends on the preparation of caramel. Perfect caramel will increase the sweetness.

     

    Which brand of Pizza sauce do you use for better taste?

    Actually, I always try to prepare pizza sauce on my taste but sometimes I use Ragu Pizza sauce as it is available in my country.

    First, dry bread at approximately 1200C until completely dry, then grind and preserve in air tight container.

     

    Can I use homemade icing sugar for the preparation of Butter Cream frosting?

    No, you can only use it for making cake but not for frosting. You should buy industrial icing sugar for butter cream frosting for its fineness.

     

    Can I use oil instead of butter in your baking recipe?

    Using of Oil instead of butter will change the texture & consistency of batter and also taste.

     

    Does bottle gourd or pumpkin can be use for Tutti frutti instead of papaya?

    No, because bottle gourd or pumpkin form paste during the preparation of Tutti frutti due to its softness.

     

    Which type of butter cream is ideal for cake decoration in Bangladeshi environment?

    Italian Maringue butter cream is ideal in Bangladeshi environment as it is not easily meltdown.
