Two Ingredients Chocolate Ganache – White & Dark Different Recipe Silky Smooth
- in a heat proof bowl add chocolate and cream, place the bowl over a double boiler set over low heat.
- keep stirring gently until smooth and no lumps.
- remove from heat and bring to warm temperature for dripping cake.
- keep in the refrigerator for 20 minutes if u want to use as filling or piping.
- store in the refrigerator for 7 days.
- follow the same process for dark ganache.
