Instructions

white ganache:

  • in a heat proof bowl add chocolate and cream, place the bowl over a double boiler set over low heat.
  • keep stirring gently until smooth and no lumps.
  • remove from heat and bring to warm temperature for dripping cake.
  • keep in the refrigerator for 20 minutes if u want to use as filling or piping.
  • store in the refrigerator for 7 days.

dark ganache:

  • follow the same process for dark ganache.
