Two Ingredients Chocolate Ganache – White & Dark Different Recipe Silky Smooth
Ingredients
- white ganache:
- white chocolate compound - 150 gram
- fresh cream or milk - 50 gram
- dark ganache:
- dark chocolate compound - 150 gram
- fresh cream or milk - 100 gram
Instructions
white ganache:
- in a heat proof bowl add chocolate and cream, place the bowl over a double boiler set over low heat.
- keep stirring gently until smooth and no lumps.
- remove from heat and bring to warm temperature for dripping cake.
- keep in the refrigerator for 20 minutes if u want to use as filling or piping.
- store in the refrigerator for 7 days.
dark ganache:
- follow the same process for dark ganache.
