INGREDIENTS:

FLOUR/MAIDA 1 & 1/2 CUP(170 GRAM)

SUGAR 3/4 CUP (170 GRAM)

BAKING POWDER 2 TSP

SALT A PINCH

BUTTER/OIL 1/3 CUP (85 GRAM)

EGGS 2 (SUBSTITUTE: 1/2 CUP THIN YOGURT)

MILK 3/4 CUP (120 GRAM)

VANILLA ESSENCE 2 TSP

METHOD:

  • In a bowl sieve flour, baking powder and salt.
  • add melted butter or oil. mix well until crumble. keep aside.
  • whisk eggs, milk, vanilla essence in a bowl.
  • mix with flour mixture until no lumps.
  • grease the 10 muffin pan.
  • pour the batter.
  • pre-heat oven into 170 degree c.
  • bake 15-20 minutes.
  • let it to cool and serve one day after.
