Chocolate Minis l Moist & Rich Chocolate Minis l One Cup Flour 20 Minis
Ingredients
- melted butter - 100 gram (1/2 cup)
- cocoa powder - 1/4 cup (20 gram)
- coffee powder - 1 tsp
- warm water - 1/2 cup
- vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- maida/all purpose flour/plain flour - 1 cup (120 gram)
- sugar - 3/4 cup (150 gram)
- baking powder/soda - 1/2 tsp
- plain yogurt - 1/2 cup
Instructions
- in a bowl add melted butter ,then add 1/4 cup cocoa and mix well. then add 1/2 cup warm water. mix well until no lumps.
- add one egg and mix well. add vanilla essence.
- shift flour, sugar and baking powder or soda.
- mix with a whisk until no lumps.
- finally mix yogurt and mix gently utntill no lumps.
- pre-heat oven to 170 degree C. bake the cupcakes 10-15 minutes.
- remove from oven and enjoy yummy moist chocolate minis.
