Chicken Momo

Ingredients
- For Dough;
- Wheat Flour - 1 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- oil - 2 tsp
- For Filling:
- Chicken Keema/Mince - 1 cup
- Onion Finely Chopped - 1 cup
- Carrot Grated - 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbs chopped
- Green Chili - 2 tbs chopped
- Soy sauce light - 2 tsp
- Tomato ketchup/sauce - 1/3 cup
Instructions
Filling:
- Mix all ingredients and keep aside.
Making Dough:
- Boil water and salt, then add flour .
- Cook 2 minutes.
- Remove from pan and let it to cool.
- Add oil and knead 2-3 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small ball and roll it into circle.
- Put the filling into and make momos.
- Place the momos in a steamer over the pan of rapidly boiling water and steam the momos for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with sauce.
