One Egg 20 Mini Cupcakes | Mini Cupcake Without Oven
Ingredients
- egg - one large
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- oil - 1/3 cup
- melted butter - 1/4 cup
- vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- salt a pinch
- maida/flour - 1 cup (120 gram)
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- warm milk - 1/2 cup
Instructions
- in a blender take egg, sugar, oil and butter. blend 30 second. transfer in a bowl.
- add vanilla essence and salt a pinch.
- shift flour and baking powder. mix well until no lumps.
- slowly add warm milk mix until no lumps.
- transfer batter into prepared cupcake mold.
- place the molds on deep fry pan.
- place the pan over hot tawa.
- cover and cook on low medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
- serve & enjoy.
