This one of my easy recipe with one day old steamed rice. So let’s try at home with your extra rice in your refrigerator.
Easy Vegetable Fried Rice

An easy and delicious fried rice that will go perfectly to any Chinese dish!
Ingredients
- Cooked Rice - 3 cups
- Oil/butter - 3 tablespoon
- Onion - 1/4 cup chopped
- Garlic - 1 teaspoon chopped
- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- White pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green Chilies - 2 finely chopped
- Vegetable - 2 cups chopped
- Egg (optional) - 2 beaten
Instructions
- heat oil or butter, add egg and scrumble it.
- then add chopped onion, vegetable, fry them.
- now add rice and pepper powder, soy sauce, salt. fry 3-4 minutes.
- serve hot
