Beef Kofta Curry||শাহী কোপ্তা কারী

Ingredients
- for kofta:
- Beef Keema/Mince - 2 cups
- bread - 2 slices
- ginger paste - 1 tsp
- garlic paste - 1 tsp
- `Garam masla powder - 1/2 tsp
- salt
- Chopped green chilies - 1 tbs
- for gravy;
- Ghee /Clarified Butter - 1/4 cup
- Tok doi(plain yogurt) - 1/4 cup
- Sweet Yogurt - 1/4 cup
- milk - 1 cup
- ginger paste - 1tbs
- garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Peanut paste - 1 tbs
- Ground red chili - 1 tablespoon
- Ground turmeric - 1 teaspoon
- onion paste - 1 tablespoon
- cardamom powder - a pinch
- Cinnamon powder(daruchini powder) - a pinch
- Soybean oil - 1/4 cup
- Mawa/khoya - 1 tablespoon grated
- Golden Raisins - 1 tablespoon
- sugar - 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- mix beef mince with all ingredients for kofta. make round shape kofta. put the kofta into hot boiling water for one minute.
- in a another pan melt ghee and fry onion. then add all other ingredients. add some water and cook on low heat. then add water, yogurt and milk. cook until boil.
- add kofta and cook. cook for 5-6 minutes.
- add raisins and mawa. cook two minutes.
- add sugar and remove from heat.
- serve with rice.
