Preparation:

  • Tenderizing meat pieces with the hammer to make them wider and thinner.
  • Mix all spice ingredients in a bowl until no lumps. Now mix spices with meat pieces. Marinate for 7-8 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

  Method:

  • Heat oil in a deep fry pan. Take one piece meat and coat with the besan powder.
  • fry for 7-8 minutes until deep brown. Repeat the same process for every beef pieces.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve hot with luchi or puri and salad.

Notes:

  • In this recipe marination is very important at least overnight. Don't skip this step otherwise it would be hard.
  • Don't add too much spices and liquid, it spread water at the time of deep fry.
