Ingredients
- Beef - 600 gm boneless 4-5 thin flat pieces
- Red Chili Paste - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger Paste - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger Paste - 1 teaspoon
- cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Shahi jeera powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Jaiphal, Javetry(nutmeg, mace) powder or paste - 1 teaspoon
- cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon powder(daruchini powder) - 1/2 teaspoon
- turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- onion grated - 1 cup
- Mustard oil
- salt
- Besan/Lentil Powder/Gram Flour
Instructions
Preparation:
- Tenderizing meat pieces with the hammer to make them wider and thinner.
- Mix all spice ingredients in a bowl until no lumps. Now mix spices with meat pieces. Marinate for 7-8 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
Method:
- Heat oil in a deep fry pan. Take one piece meat and coat with the besan powder.
- fry for 7-8 minutes until deep brown. Repeat the same process for every beef pieces.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve hot with luchi or puri and salad.
Notes:
- In this recipe marination is very important at least overnight. Don't skip this step otherwise it would be hard.
- Don't add too much spices and liquid, it spread water at the time of deep fry.
