Ingredients
- Tok doi(plain yogurt) - 2 cups
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Rose water - 1 tablespoon
- Rooh Afza/Rose syrup - 2-3 tablespoon
- Sugar - as required/3 tablespoon
- Rose petals - for garnishing
- Ice cubes - 5-6 pieces
Instructions
Preparation:
- Blend all ingredients for one minute except ice cubes.
- Serve with ice cubes and garnish with rose petals.
Notes:
- you can use powdered sugar and saffron strand s also.
- finally, rose lassi taste good when served immeddiately.
